Raw Pumpkin Pie
This is medicine, for your gut & for your tastebuds.
Finally after a few duds, I created the perfect creamy gf df raw whole food pumpkin pie!
Crust
Throw in Vitamix
Pecans Almonds chia seeds coconut oil sea salt (make about one cup total)
Filling
Throw in Vitamix
Can of Organic Pumpkin
1/2 cup cashews
2 tsp of vegan egg replacer (since we're not cooking it!)
Maple syrup to taste (Michigan is the best;)
Cloves
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Scrunch down the nut crust into a pie plate, fill with glorious filling and refrigerate.
