Dairy Free, Cane Sugar free, and with waaaaay more hazelnuts than other "chocolate spreads", for the connoisseur in you. Also you can adjust to make it dark or milk chocolate!!
Blend fresh hazelnuts, half a 1 pound bag ( vitamix for smoother, food processor for texture version )
Agave, I did like 2-3 tablespoons depends how sweet you like it
almost 2 Tablespoons of raw cacao powder (this makes milk chocolate version)
1/2 cup or more of Mylk*
For the Mylk you can use anything, even cows milk if you want, I use my Nutr Machine to make Hazelnut milk, because I can;)
I also added 1 Tablespoon of Sunflower Lecithin which is totally optional but helps blends liquids and oils into a smoother fluffier type of situation.
Ps Fun fact, there are different origins of nutella out there, the kind made in Italy has more nut content than the US made one, here's a list for your country.
