Vanilla Cashew Cream

Cashew Cream! This nut based whip cream is gluten-free dairy free and refined sugar-free, and it's better than cool whip, trust me. Add to pie, hot chocolate, or spoon.



RECIPE

In the vitamix- (food processor or off brand blender, it will work but won't be as creamy as amazing.


1 cup cashews

1/4-1/2 cup any non dairy milk

splash of vanilla extract

3 dates


Whip until super creamy, add more nuts if it seems to watery and more milk if it seems to thick.


* if you like things super sweet add some agave or date syrup
