You want it & you want to feel amazing - I go for both in this no holds barred cheese and gluten free "Velveeta" Mac n Cheese made with anti-inflammatory Turmeric and hormone friendly sweet potato. Not Vegan, gf or dairy sensitive? Doesn't matter, this dish is so delicious when I tested it on my very suspicious Italian, meat cheese flour 3x a day boyfriend, I caught him sneaking a second bowl into his work bag.


Mac N Cheese Holiday Victory Dish.


GF Pasta (or regular pasta)

2-3 Sweet Potatoes

Half an onion

Turmeric

Paprika & cayenne

Cashews

Organic Probiotic yogurt

Blender


So Easy!

Boil the sweet potatoes and Onion while you start the pasta water to boil and add salt into the water before the pasta.

Once soft, throw the boiled potatoes and onion into the blender with 1/2 cup cashews, generous amount of fresh organic turmeric, some paprika and cayenne to taste, 1/4 cup yogurt and watch the creamy "velveeta" appear.

Top generously over your fresh pasta.
