Call Me Crazy Cranberry Relish

Call me crazy but why on earth have we been cooking cranberries all this time?

These delicious and cleansing little friends are much more scrumptous indeed when pulverized raw with just a little bit of orange, with the peel for extra oils and vitamin C, a little ginger root of you like, a touch of agave or if you like the flavor of honey with it that works too.

The point is, its so much more tart and fresh and gives the stomach a nice dose of good digestive and de-bloating qualities.


Cranberry Relish Recipe

I bag of Raw Fresh Organic Cranberries

quarter to half an orange with peel on

splash of agave to taste or use honey


Small slice of ginger root for ginger version
