I found this bottle of Three Spirit Nightcap Herbal tonic at the Idyllwild Garden Center in California, this paired with a little orange angostura, and I take it two ways, either with lemon and orange zest and slice or with Grapefruit zest and slice, but either way its got ice and fresh filtered or spring (preferred when I am in the Mountains) water.
One awesome handblown mexican short glass
Fill 1/4 way up with Three Spirits Tonic Nightcap
Splash of Angostura Orange
2 square ice cubes
Finish with fresh water and stir.
